Ministry impounds vehicle damaging trees and grass in local nature reserve
The Ministry of Environment and Climate Change (MOECC) has confiscated a vehicle that entered one of the country's cherished nature reserves, causing significant harm to tree and grass beds. The individual responsible for this violation has been referred to the appropriate authorities for the necessary legal actions to be taken.
In its appeal to the public, the MOECC underscores the vital role of preserving the local environment and its rich biodiversity, which includes the protection of plants, trees, and animals. The Ministry calls on everyone to conscientiously follow its instructions and guidelines to collectively ensure the conservation of these natural habitats for future generations.
