Unclaimed impounded vehicles auctioned from September

In a recent tweet, the General Directorate of Traffic has instructed owners of vehicles impounded for over three months to visit the Traffic Investigation Section at Industrial Area - Street No.52. They can reclaim their vehicles by settling the applicable penalties and ground fees within 30 days of this announcement, commencing on Monday, September 4, 2023.

If the owner of an impounded vehicle does not retrieve it within the stipulated time frame, the General Directorate of Traffic will auction it to the public.
