Qatar Chess Association: 

The official chess organisation in Qatar, offering chess training and organising tournaments.

They offer chess lessons for players of all levels, from beginners to advanced. The trainers are well versed with the game and the QCA is open from Sunday - Thursday, 4:00 PM to 6:30 PM.
