Inspired by objects straight from the MIA collection , the activity steps into intricate craftsmanship , decorative patterns and the many inventive ways wood has been used throughout history. It’s a nice chance for kids , and for parents too, to make something together , while quietly discovering the artistry and cultural meaning behind everyday materials .
