Qatar Labour Ministry urges public to use website and AMERNI app for transactions

The Ministry of Administrative Development, Labor and Social Affairs (MADLSA) called upon all customers to use its official website and "Amerni" application to get all available services and transactions done via internet. This is in view of the precautionary measures set by the State of Qatar to curb the spread of coronavirus (Covid-19).

One way of making use of MADLSA's online services is through its website. Fill-out the necessary information and send your comments, suggestions or requests instantly.

What is Amerni app?

“Amerni” application is concerned with online services provided by MADLSA and provides 33 online services. “Amerni” application targets all segments of society and serve citizens as well as residents who work in the private sector and laborers, and includes drivers and domestic workers. Moreover, the application targets the owners and representatives of private sector establishments.

These services are divided into services targeting individuals and services targeting establishments; there are 21 services targeting individuals and 12 services targeting the owners of establishments.

The program aims to provide citizens and residents of Qatar access to the services of the Ministry of Administrative Development, Labor and Social Affairs in an easy and accessible manner.

The application allows them to avoid phone calls, to go to the Ministry's offices and to remotely access the information requested through:

* Personal services such as those related to housing, security or family affairs.

* Corporate services such as those related to employment or establishment data.
